Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Project Support Officer on a contract for 9 months.

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
The key responsibility of this position involves project management assistance for preparation of e-learning modules for external contracted employment service providers.

Duties that will form part of the role will include:

- assisting with general project management and administrative project support
- providing input and reviewing content of training courses
- using software to author eLearning modules
- working in a small team to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- compiling survey statistics and feedback
- liaising with internal stakeholders

**Capabilities/experience and/or qualifications**:
Essential
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong writing capabilities
- Computer literacy

Desired
- project management skills
- ability to build e-learning courses, or quickly learn how to do this in the authoring software.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Ability to obtain and/or maintain clearance at Baseline level
