Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Project Support Officer on a contract for 12 months with 1X12 months extension option.
**Position Overview**
**The key skills and experience required include**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Support Officer within large organizations
- Adept with MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with numerous stakeholders via several means, e.g. workshop facilitation
- Responsible for coordinating meetings, agenda and minute preparation, and follow up on outstanding actions.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Perform, coordinate and provide support for a range of moderately complex to complex project support activities and administration.
- Responsible for coordinating meetings, agenda and minute preparation, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Provide direct support to the project team, and through consultation and stakeholder engagement coordinates and contributes to the timely and accurate achievement of Division outcomes.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at a level designated by the Agency on request
- Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
