We're on the hunt for a Senior Casual Data Entry Officer to join our team at the North Ryde head office. This role is perfect for a meticulous individual with extensive experience in data processing in the SPS platform especially with Kmart, Target, and Big W orders. You'll be playing a key role in ensuring our order systems run smoothly and accurately.

About the Role

As a Senior Casual Data Entry Officer, you'll be responsible for the precise and efficient processing of a high volume of orders from major retail partners, including Kmart, Target, and Big W. Your main tools will be SPS Commerce, a system you should be highly familiar with. We need someone who can work independently and has a keen eye for detail to catch and correct any discrepancies.

What We're Looking For

  • Expert proficiency with SPS Commerce is a must. If you've used it for processing orders for Kmart, Target, and Big W, you're exactly who we're looking for.
  • Proven experience in a similar data entry or administration role, ideally within a wholesale or retail environment.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve data entry issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
