**THE ROLE**

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the full bid lifecycle and creating high-quality bids and tender responses.
- Coordination, development and compilation of tender submissions, EOI’s and proposals from start to finish
- Ensure all submissions are accurate and compliant and in line with company branding
- Engage key stakeholders from other departments (ie HSE, operations, commercial) as required to ensure all submission deliverables are achieved
- Prepare non-technical responses to tender deliverables
- Creating and maintaining tender documentation material including CV’s and project profiles
- Attend tender kick-off, strategy and review meetings as required
- Participate and contribute to project-by-project bid strategies and win themes

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience as a Tender/Bid Coordinator
- Previous experience working in the construction/building industry, or similar desirable
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail - document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication
