About this opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Executive Assistant role provides high level executive support to the COO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for both Aware Super's transformation program, Catalyst and the Technology and Operations divisions, enabling the COO and Senior Leadership Team to focus on delivering and driving strategic priorities.
The role anticipates support needs and resolves issues before the arise, enabling the COO and SLT to function efficiently and effectively. Beyond this, the role provides high level administration to the Senior Leaders in the wider division and is an active contributor to the team, assisting with project delivery.

Significant experience as an Executive Assistant providing proactive and wide-ranging support an an Executive;
Strong influencing skills at all levels and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
A collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and high accuracy with well-developed analytic skills and attention to detail; and
Demonstrable ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and issues, and ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when required.
