The Digital & Transformation team aims to transform the way Ampcontrol does business with a focus on the future ways of work. As a result of growing strategic and project requirements, we have an opportunity for an experienced Data Platform Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract.

**The Role**

This role will establish the Data Platform for run and change across the enterprise of Ampcontrol. You will drive project delivery, manage key stakeholders, and lead teams to build a foundational data platform that meets organisational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Architecture future state
- Running of all enterprise data solutions, this includes:

- _ Establishing a data operating model across business owners to drive data completeness, accuracy and timeliness_
- All change to enterprise data solutions, this includes:

- _ Leading a team of data engineers and analysts and managing the velocity and backlog_
- _ Managing any supporting vendors _
- _Having accountability for project related change impacting data and data platforms_
- Execution of future state roadmap, including the accountability for project managed change such as the new ERP
- Establishing required data management frameworks and templates

**About You**:
You are an experienced data professional and leader with a proven track record of running and establishing data and analytical platforms in large enterprises. You excel in managing stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

**You will also have**:

- 5 + years’ experience in similar role
- Experience in running and establishing data/analytics platforms.
- Proven leadership in both direct and matrix management environments.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on progress reporting and documentation.
- Experience with budget management and benefit realisation.
