**About the Company**
We are currently recruiting for a Change Implementation Lead to work for an agency within the NSW Government.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups, including identification of potential organisational risks, and anticipated and anticipated points of resistance internally and externally, and the development of specific change plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Develop change management scope and plans (i.e., communication, coaching and training plans) required for the business transformation in line with the organisational project and change frameworks
- Complete change impact assessments on people and processes and present analysis with recommendations to leadership of impacted areas.
- Develop programs to promote increased employee adoption and usage, focused on identifying potential points of resistance to change and developing counter strategies.

**Skills and experience**
- Working cooperatively with key stakeholders to implement change in a strong unionised environment.
- Managing the change activities - cultural, people, and process changes across a number of work streams.
- Maintaining a view of the bigger business picture, even in very complex situations; evaluating interim results of Change Management activities and their effect on achieving overall program goals, while recognising potential areas of conflict across a complex stakeholder environment and leading the appropriate resolution of various issues and matters of concern.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
