**About the Company**
This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying up to $730 p/d + Super. This role is located in Burwood.

**About the team**
The team is a group of experienced individuals who have been working in their respective fields for the last 3-5 years. This team have clear goals to deliver the projects they are working on to give back to the residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Analyst with a leading NSW Government agency. The Change Analyst is responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the Program or project. The position is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the program or project, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.

Key accountabilities include:

- Develop change deliverables and activities for the Program to support the Change Lead and program outcomes (Business Case, Delivery)
- Manage and implement change activities for the Program or project to support the Change Lead and to ensure successful implementation of the program.
- Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using Change Methodologies (i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR) to support change management activities.
- Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities.
- Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program or project objectives are fit for purpose
- Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Change Lead on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
- Work collaboratively with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements are translated into documentation.
- Execute safety responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

**About You**
- 3-5 years of Change Analyst experience
- Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated
