Working as part of the Major growth team under the broad direction of the Senior Manager, Development Strategy and the Development Director you will facilitate and co-ordinate property development activities across planning, commercial and delivery teams. Duties will range from meeting coordination, project feasibility assessment, project planning/ programming, process, writing reports to executive level and financial control of projects. Developments will range from commercial, mixed use, residential, industrial and institutional. As ADM/SPC you will also assist in establishing project briefs, monitor strategy, timelines, budget, risk and issues management, and stakeholder management.
Your key accountabilities will be:
- Facilitate the preparation of Project Briefs, consultant scopes and assist with consultant procurement
- Effective management of external consultants including communication on scope of works, deliverables and fee for services.
- Analyse, review, advise, and determine project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to ensure project obligations are managed.
- Support the preparation and lodgement of planning and development approvals
- Contribute to development of stakeholder engagement plans and stakeholder management.
- Administer all development project documentation to ensure compliance in line with developer obligations
- Facilitate monitor, report and coordinate project activities to ensure financial, cost, time and quality of planning, approvals and project implementation occurs in line with quality assurance practices
- Communicate both written and verbal to executive level
You will have:
- Relevant degree or similar and demonstrated Development involvement either as a Project coordinator or ADM
- An understanding of policy, process and relevant statutory requirements for
property construction development.
- Demonstrated development management skills and experience.
- Proven experience preparing project briefs and committee reporting.
- Extremely strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
- Highly developed computer and software utilisation competence
