The Strategic Advisory Services team within Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) are seeking expressions of interest for a **Manager Policy & Strategy.**

The **Manager Policy & Strategy** will support the Senior Manager Policy & Strategy in shaping whole-of-government policy development and reform related to the NSW Government's real property portfolio. You will support the development and implementation of land and property strategies to enhance the utilization of the Government's portfolio and maximize community benefits. You will also provide high-quality, evidence-based analysis to drive innovative policy solutions, conduct thorough data analysis and research to evaluate issues and formulate evidence-based options. Additionally, you will assist in preparing Cabinet Minutes, submissions, Ministerial briefing papers, and other documents to ensure accuracy and objectivity.

**Essential Requirements**
- Demonstrated skills and experience in developing real property policy and strategy.
- Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in corporate development and/or strategy consulting within the real estate sector will be high regarded.
- Experience in using and/or utilising the outputs of geospatial tools in a land and property context to support project delivery
