National Account Executive

If so, we have the role for you This newly created National Account Executive role is working within the CUB Coles beer sales team, focusing on our Craft and International brands. You will be responsible for planning and optimisation the promotional plan, managing the relationship with the Coles Liquor Group & ACBM team and supporting the NAM with analytical & administration support to deliver profit, margin, share & volume targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with the National Account team to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities for the CLG account.
- Support the NAMs to implement category growth initiatives that deliver growth ahead of market
- Monitors competitor activity and takes relative action to ensure CUB continues to grow ahead of category and make recommendations for corrective action as required
- Model and optimise CLG and CUB profitability and make recommendations for corrective action as required
- Unlock consumer and shopper insights from data sources to optimise promotional mechanics, tactics and plans
- Ensure Strikeforce field team have required information to support store visits and compliance to plans
- Develop and execute 6 month rolling promotional slotting plan for Craft and International beer
- Liaise with Promax Specialist and Revenue Management Team to ensure alignment to budget and strategy
- Manage relationships with key customer contacts, primarily with ACBMs at CLG
- Lead conversations with CLG contacts on performance issues and opportunities
