About the role

endota Wellness College in Docklands is seeking a talented and passionate member to join our front of house team at our VIC RTO campus.

As the first point of contact for all stakeholders, the Customer Experience Hosts answer customer enquiries through a variety of means, such as email, phone calls and social media.  A key focus of this busy role is to ensure the smooth running of the front of house, common spaces and campus facilities on a day-to-day basis.  This includes managing bookings for the student spa, supporting students with client care, retail sales and resetting of treatment rooms.

In addition, the Customer Experience Hosts will provide general administrative support to the teaching, sales and management team as required.

• Answering our main enquiry lines (email and phone), providing accurate information and directing enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Managing the smooth running of our campus spa including coordinating client spa bookings and student practical assessments and promoting these within our client Facebook group to generate bookings.
• Ensuring the campus is clean, well-stocked and well presented, this includes handling the safe and timely operation of our campus laundry.
• Facilitating campus tours for prospective students and their families.
• Processing endota product and gift voucher sales in our front of house retail space.
• Supporting the endota Wellness College team with the processing of enrolments, payments and general admin support when needed.
• Undertaking general administration duties.

To be considered for this role, you must also have:

• A customer focus and commitment to providing quality customer service with demonstrated ability to relate to people from various backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills characterised patience, clarity and empathy at a personal, written and telephone level.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to organise your own work to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Numeracy skills, attention to detail and sound keyboard skills (intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office).
• Experience using a Point of Sale system (Knowledge of Zenoti would be highly regarded).
• Must have, or be willing to acquire, a Working with Children card.
• A passion for beauty and wellbeing and a confidence to develop your knowledge of endota treatment and product ranges to meet product sales KPIs.
