**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Based at Brisbane Airport, we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Tech Sales Advisor, to create sales, gross profit and provide excellent customer service in Technology Department.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Identifying our passenger’s needs and complimenting with a suitable product.
- To be aware of and achieve sales budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Be proactive and creative about approaching customers and up-sell to all customers wherever possible
- Be aware of competitor activity, including other duty free outlets and domestic stores.
- Report any issues that may arise to the Management team and put forward suggestions on ways to better grow our business
- Practise good housekeeping in accordance with Lotte Duty Free policy to maintain high standards
- Know and understand the product range.
- Know and understand all current promotional activities and able to communicate this accurately and clearly to customers in order to maximise sales opportunity.
- To participate with and support fellow staff
- Re-stock shelves to maintain good stock levels at all times. All stock on display must be presented in the best possible manner on shelves that are as clean and tidy as possible.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions on product knowledge and operational procedures as required.
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:
- Achievement of sales targets
- Use expert knowledge of Lotte Duty Free’s products to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring a high standard of personal presentation
- Be proactive and creative about approaching customers
- Assist with stock maintenance, including restocking shelves as required
- Execution of product launches and product promotions
- Meet the required standards for dress and appearance in accordance with Lotte Duty Free Policy.
- Work as an effective and efficient team member.
- Be aware of, and adhere to, Airport security emergency and health and safety procedures.
- Fully participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
**YOU WILL HAVE**:
- Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven, track record of achieving successful sales, in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved
- Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation
- Demonstrable ability to be punctual
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail/customer service operations.
- Strong numerical ability.
- A strong sense of urgency at all times
- Demonstrable proactive approach to all work tasks
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge / experience of international technology brands
- Experience of working in the duty free environment
