**The Role**:**

We are looking for a seasoned Claims Consultant to manage a diverse and significant portfolio of claims while contributing to the development of new claims processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the company's innovation and growth in claims management.

**Key Responsibilities**:**
- End-to-end management of a large portfolio of claims.
- Developing and enhancing claims processes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless claims handling.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in claims, with end-to-end case management expertise.
- Exposure to any insurance product line (experience in indemnity or malpractice insurance is highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for knowledge-sharing and process optimisation.
