**About the team**:
We are Australia’s trade remedies authority - the Anti-Dumping Commission. The commission is responsible for undertaking investigations into allegations of unfair international trade practices involving goods entering Australia and administering Australia’s anti-dumping legislation. These investigations seek to deliver a level playing field for industry. Professionalism, excellence and independence underpins the commission’s world-class reputation.

**What you will do**:
This role will be responsible for providing administrative and corporate support to the senior executive at the Anti-Dumping Commission. Specifically, this role requires you to work within departmental policies and procedures to:
- Manage office supplies, visitor attendance and mail distribution
- Coordinate various monitoring and reporting tasks across property and OH&S issues
- Coordinate logistics associated with on-boarding and off-boarding staff
- Support commission staff coordinate and deliver functions and events
- Work with executive and executive support staff to prepare and manage commission-wide reports, templates and corporate requests, including mailbox management.
- Skills and experience in undertaking a similar role, or capacity to develop these skills quickly is essential for this position.
