**A little bit about the role**
As the
**Product Manager, Credit Cards** you are responsible for monitoring and reporting Credit Card product performance and assisting with the management of our Consumer Lending product portfolio at Great Southern Bank.
Located in Brisbane or Sydney, reporting to a Senior Product Manager, in this role you will proactively, monitor product performance using internal reports and data sources, resolve issues, contribute to product development and maintenance, and support stakeholders as required. You also assist with developing product strategy and managing third party relationships as required.
- Drive new balance growth for the credit card suite of products
- Respond to industry activity to ensure our credit card portfolio remains relevant and front of wallet.
- Collaborate with teams across the Bank such as credit risk and collections to maintain balance within our appetite
- Maintain visibility of competitor and market influences to ensure we remain competitve
- Ensure all product collateral and documents are current, relevant, and compliant with legislation
- Support the review of existing products and implement changes to the products and deliver enhancements to ensure optimal value to customers and GSB including pricing
- Develop support materials and product related communications to internal and external stakeholders where required
**A little bit about you**
- Experience in a Retail Banking environment with exposure to Product Management or a related area, with a keen understanding of competitor and market influences
- You have demonstrated your ability to research and analyse data and interpret and analyse business reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels and across different audiences.
- Highly numerate, strong prioritisation and organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to understand complex data sets
- Finally, you excel at problem-solving qualitative and quantitative challenges, and you can effectively work on multiple projects in parallel.
