A state government department is looking for an experienced Grants administrator.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate administration for a range of grant programs including: grant agreement development, grant execution, milestone management and facilitation of payments, with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and delivery of outcomes.
- Coordinate grant processes with the use of grant management systems to progress through a high volume of opportunities.
- Assist with preparation of reports, briefings and correspondence for diverse stakeholders and senior decision makers..
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and provide relevant information and advice about issues, identified risks and requirements to ensure appropriate information flow.
- Contribute to the analysis and review of grant administration processes in order to improve process where possible and where needed.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in grant project administration would be well regarded.
- Familiarity with grant management systems (GEMS) or similar will also be favourably regarded.
- Experience in Administration - Claims or Processing Applications.
