We are recruiting a Logistics Assistant who will work in our warehouse and distribution hub. As a Logistics Assistant, you will report to the Logistics Manager and coordinate receiving and sending of packages. You will be responsible for signing delivery notes, unpacking deliveries, verifying correctness, entering details onto our computer system, reporting damages, picking items, and preparing packages for shipping.

Logistics Assistant Duties

Receiving deliveries and verifying the correct quantity of items have been received.

Signing delivery and dispatch receipts.

Unpacking deliveries and moving items to their place of storage.

Reporting breakages and health and safety risks or incidents.

Ensuring the warehouse and distribution spaces are tidy and organised.

Preparing outgoing packages for shipping.

Logistics Assistant Requirements

Attention to detail and organisation.

Basic computer and hand-held device familiarity.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Memorisation and reasoning skills.

Ability to work under pressure and accept criticism.

Schedule:
