**About the role at IBM**

The Tax Specialist will have an exceptional track record for tax advisory and compliance, tax planning and a clear drive to execute complex projects. In addition to strong technical skills, you will also have project management experience, with the ability to take ownership and direct multiple workstreams to completion based within timelines.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
