**With our company growth comes new opportunity, and we are now looking for a people first Human Resources Coordinator to join our team, on a full-time basis.**

We are looking for a hard-working, resourceful, positive personality who will add to our great office culture with 1+ years within a similar role (hospitality experience a bonus). Based in Surry Hills but plenty of time spent around our venues throughout the week, its an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for career development, a family-like workplace, somewhere to feel heard, and doesn't mind a perk or two

**About this role**:
You will be supporting the People & Culture Team. This role is diverse and may involve;
- Supporting recruitment efforts where needed
- Assisting with administrative tasks across multiple platforms
- Managing visa processes & documentation
- Playing an active role throughout the employee life cycle. From assisting with Career Days, screening to onboarding new hires, as well as supporting ongoing development & retention
- Contributing to celebrate and engage our teams, while fostering a positive work environment daily

Additionally, you will assist in planning events and initiatives that enhance our company brand as well as workplace culture, making this a great opportunity to have a direct impact on not only the employee experience but Applejacks future.
