Applejack Hospitality is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our award-winning teams at Bopp & Tone (Sydney CBD) and RAFI (North Sydney). If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and love crafting dishes that celebrate modern techniques, bold flavours, and premium produce, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career — backed by one of Sydney’s most dynamic hospitality groups.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the kitchen with creativity, precision, and passion.

- Support menu development and execution alongside the Head Chef.

- Mentor and inspire your team, driving consistency and excellence in every service.

- Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.

- Be part of a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, elevated or hatted-style restaurant.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

- Food safety certification and a commitment to kitchen excellence.

- Salary: from $90K + Super
