Our client, a large complex organisation within the Utilities sector, are currently seeking a **SCADA Platform Lead **for an initial 12+ month contract opportunity.
Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, the SCADA Platform Lead will lead the SCADA Platform delivery stream and project manage the SCADA Program Platform scope.
This role will lead the delivery of a SCADA Platform which enables continuous improvement and evolution of the SCADA platform in alignment corporate objectives. **This includes the project management of the**:
- **Creation, management, and delivery of GeoSCADA templates.**:
- **Creation, management, testing and delivery of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) standard code.**:
- **Design of an integrated control room experience to unify Operational Technology and Corporate Solutions into a single operational framework.**

- **Design of an integrated control room experience to unify Operational Technology and Corporate Solutions into a single operational framework.**
Critical to the role is the leadership and delivery of the SCADA Program Platform Stream and related work packages, to provide an uplift in the maturity and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act compliance of their Operational Technology environment.
**Skills and experience required**:
- High level knowledge of SCADA systems, IT, networks and communications.
- General work experience with multi-disciplined teams (cyber security, SCADA systems, IT, networks and communications) to fully competent level (over 6 to 10 years).
- Working knowledge of SOCI Act, ITIL, privacy legislation, ISO2700x, NIST CSF and IEC 62443.
- Proven experience leading internal and external resources in a complex Program environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of program delivery in complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects relating to Operational Technology and Control Systems.
- Proven experience planning, managing, and organising resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework (over 6 to 10 years).
- Proven experience working with various stakeholders to develop customer requirements and support effective implementation
- Available immediately
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or degree pertinent to Technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hybrid working environment - flexibility to work from home or the office based on requirements for face to face
