The Fresh Collective are looking for **experience waitstaffs** and hosts for MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells at Sydney's most exciting new opening - Sydney Modern at Art Gallery NSW.

Mod. Dining by Clayton Wells is a signature dining experience - focusing on providing a quality all day dining experience for our customers.

**Benefits**
- Day shifts on Mon to Sun
- Evening shifts on Wed till 9pm
- 25-38 hours per week
- ** Level 2 pay rates: M-F $28.46 / Sat $34.16 / Sun $39.85 / Public Holiday $56.93**:

**The Role**
- Enjoy working with high-end clientele
- Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
- A la carte service
- Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu

**About You**
- ** 2 years** experiences in a busy high end a la carte restaurant / bistro
- Able to carry 3 + plates
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid NSW RSA
- Valid Australian Working Rights - student visas accepted
