The Fresh Collective are looking for passionate bartenders for MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells at Sydney's most exciting new opening - Sydney Modern at Art Gallery NSW.

Mod. Dining by Clayton Wells is a signature dining experience - focusing on providing a quality all day dining experience for our customers.

**Benefits**
- Day shifts on Mon to Sun
- Evening shifts on Wed till 9pm
- 25-35 hours per week
- Pay rates: M-F $29.40 / Sat $35.28 / Sun $41.16 / Public Holiday $58.80 plus super

**The Role**
- Construct a range of classic and inspired cocktails
- Excellent beer & wine knowledge - Utilise your skills to pour beers, wines and mix drinks
- Assist with other duties within the venue including floor service (when required)

**About You**
- Valid NSW RSA (competency card)
- A high level of cocktail skill is essential
- High level of customer service
- Be well presented, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian working rights
