**Description**:
Critical to our success is the smooth and efficient distribution of our delicious meals to the homes of customers around Australia and we currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Driver Coordinator to join our Customer Operations team, based in Canning Vale Perth. This is a diverse and dynamic role with a national role that is ever-evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader, this role is responsible for scheduling all deliveries and liaising with drivers and other departments to ensure the Lite n' Easy product reaches customers in a professional manner, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the product. Bringing your analytical skills, attention to detail and quality focus, strong time management, as well as a highly customer-centric approach, you will act as the key interface between the business, the drivers and third-party courier companies.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
Ensure our delivery partners meet all company goals and standards
Analyse and optimise the planned routes of our delivery partners
Manage the site loading control

You love to multitask in a deadline driven environment, problem solve and take ownership all with an adaptable and flexible approach. A confident and self-assured communicator, you easily build rapport with others and work well within a team.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Strong analytical skills
Strong administration and customer service experience with exposure to logistics highly desirable
The ability to manage conflicting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Strong PC skills - MS Office and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to start work from 7:00am
This role would suit a recent graduate in an appropriate discipline
Exposure to scheduling work, or logistics will be highly regarded
