**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Reporting to the Racecourse Manager, the Track Supervisor will join the team at Royal Randwick racecourse assuming responsibility for the operational control of relevant activities with training tracks work providing racetrack staff with effective leadership and supervision maintaining a safe workplace at all times.**:
**THE RIGHT FIT**:
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

- Expert knowledge & experience in riding, controlling and training horses;
- Extensive experience in Racetracks and riding;
- Knowledge in irrigation, fertilisation and staff management;
- Demonstrated ability supervising racetrack operations;
- Proven experience with people management including providing leadership, motivation and training for all staff;
- Training delivery and evaluation skills;
- Computer literacy.
