Job Overview:

As a Floor Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited too;

· Supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level

· Supporting the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations

· Continually motivate, creating an enjoyable, engaging and progressive work environment

· Supporting the team on the floor by welcoming guests, taking orders and ensuring each guest is satisfied

· Cash-ups/reconciliations at the end of shift

About YOU:

· Comfortable with the travel to Randwick

· A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role

· Knowledge of cash handling and till opening/closing procedures

· A Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

· Demonstrate an advanced leadership approach and goal driven

· Customer focused and passion to create an exceptional customer dining experience

· Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
