**About the role**
The Nominated Supervisor position is a full time role to lead our OHSC services in Randwick.
- Lead the development, planning and implementation of quality programs for children, incorporating feedback into the program designed
- Ensure all education programs are delivered in accordance with the learning framework, and are adapted for children’s individual needs
- Manage day-to-day operations of before/after school care service operations
- Lead the team in ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law and Regulations
- Manage, develop and mentor the OSHC team, providing professional development and guidance

**About You**
- You have knowledge and understanding of all legislation relevant to OSHC and understanding and demonstrated commitment to EEO, Access & Equity including working with and supporting the inclusion of children with additional needs
- 1 year experience working in a Leadership role within a school and/or education centre.
- Experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting
- You have a Diploma or Certificate IV Children’s Services, OSHC, Recreation; or Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching
- You have First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
