**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Systems Compliance Officer** to join our team in either **Macquarie Park or Greystanes NSW**, providing compliance support and expertise in the day to day management of our Own Brand ethical sourcing program.

As the Systems Compliance Officer you are responsible for the successful implementation of the Own Brand Ethical Sourcing program through effective implementation, and ongoing development of the program, including audit review, monitoring and reporting on corrective actions, process mapping, stakeholder training and maintaining supplier performance data and dashboards.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Maintaining our database and master files, including Sedex platform
- Review audit reports and facilitate remediation
- Research trends and provide guidance and training to team members
- Provide timely and accurate reporting

To be successful, you will have:

- High level of detail, ability to read, interpret audit results and standards
- Excellent written and oral communication (internal and external customers)
- High level of proficiency in MS office tools, reporting & analysis (BI tools)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and analyze and interpret data
- Passion for quality, compliance and sustainability (ESG)
