**About the role**:
Ensure the effective preparation and co-ordination of tenders for significant contracts including EPC, Design & Construct, OEM equipment supply and connection agreements with values in the hundreds of millions.

**Why this role matters?**
- Ensure document control is carried out effectively for project development up to and including contract execution and board approval.
- Coordinate handover of documents and information to the project delivery team.
- Carry out briefings and training as necessary to ensure tender management processes are understood by all project participants.
- Extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage pre-award and tender information and share SAP Ariba knowledge to ensure the full use of SAP Ariba to maximise benefits for the project portfolio.
- Proactively plan, implement and lead continuous improvement activities.

**What will you bring?**
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in project administration.
- Experience in purchasing and procurement
- Well-developed analytical, investigation and problem-solving skills.
- Influencing skills including the ability to lead change management initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience coordinating the development and use of RFx documentation, bid management and supplier evaluation documentation.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in sourcing processes for complex, bespoke supply and construction contracts in a construction, energy industry or related industry.
- SAP Ariba skills are essential, Proficient MS Office, Sharepoint, Onedrive and MS Teams
