Are you commercially creative with a flair for telling a compelling story? Join GR Production Services (GRPS) in a dynamic role where your creativity meets commercial impact. We’re looking for a Tender and Communications Coordinator who can craft persuasive tenders, engaging proposals, and standout marketing content that drives growth and strengthens our brand presence.

Days: This role can be full-time (5 days) or part-time (3 days) per week for the right candidate

The Role

This is your chance to step into a role where your words win business, your ideas build brand presence, and your energy contributes to driving growth. Working closely with business development and marketing teams, you’ll take ownership of submissions, shape our communications, and play a pivotal role in positioning GRPS for success.

What you’ll do:

- Shape tenders and proposals that not only meet every requirement but set us apart from the competition.
- Create marketing and communication pieces that cut through the noise and continue to contribute to the GRPS brand.
- Partner with business development teams to turn opportunities into wins.
- Shape content across digital and print, making the complex clear, compelling, and client-ready.

What we’re looking for

- A sharp communicator with 4+ years’ experience in tenders or proposals. Marketing experience is also desirable.
- Someone who can blend commercial acumen with creative flair.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to influence with impact.
- A confident project juggler who thrives on deadlines and details.
