Geelong is a large regional city in Victoria but still has a familiar small-town feel to it. The clinic is only an hour from Melbourne or 30 minutes to the Surf Coast, which boasts beautiful beaches, nature walks and bustling cafes and restaurants.

Dr. Paws are a friendly team of 4 experienced Veterinarians, one recent graduate Veterinarian and 12 Nurses/Support Staff.

**The Graduate Program**

Dr. Paws value you as a team member, guiding you each step of the way for the first 12 months of your career, and thereafter you will always be fully supported. Dr Paws is owned by Veterinary Practice Partners. Having 9 clinics with VPP you get fantastic support from your sister clinics and Head Office. They do group training and gatherings to help grow their amazing staff. Dr Paws values Mental Health and well-being and supports all members of our valued team with access to free counselling services and regular morale-boosting treats and lunches.

The team you will be working with are consistent, fun, and well-trained professionals, always striving to provide comprehensive care at high standards.

**Your Graduate Program**
- Ongoing support and Guidance from your Mentor, Dr Meg Cassar
- Above award salary
- 4 Weeks of Annual Leave
- 1 Week of paid CPD leave and 1 Week of Charity Leave for the first 12 months of employment. This reverts back to 1 week per annum after the initial 12 months. Pro-rata for part-time
- Up to $2000 for CPD Courses. After the initial 12 months, reverts to $1200. Pro Rata for Part-time
- We value Mental Health and offer a free Employment Assistance Program (EAP)
- Team building activities with other New Graduates
