**About the OPPORTUNITY**

You will be responsible for:

- **Design and Implement**:Develop, execute, and continuously enhance governance frameworks that align with our strategic vision and adapt to evolving regulatory standards.
- **Compliance Oversight**:Maintain rigorous control over compliance matters while proactively identifying risks and seizing opportunities to improve internal policies.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Facilitate open and meaningful communication across all levels of the organisation, ensuring clarity and accountability in decision-making processes.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**:Lead cross-functional initiatives that refine governance practices, ensuring they remain robust, agile, and aligned with industry trends and our core values.

**About YOU**
- Demonstrable experience in governance, risk management, or a closely related field, ideally within a complex organizational setting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Superb communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholder groups.
- Qualifications in governance, law, business administration, or equivalent training.
- A deep commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development, paired with an innovative mindset.
- Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at Negative Vetting Level 2 (Essential).
