**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Operational Excellence and Governance Lead, you’ll provide leadership, oversight and governance in support of key account deliverables and priorities. Drive consistency in the implementation of PMO processes, systems and reporting aligned to account policies.

**An Overview of the role**:
Interpret and implement the account vision, mission and strategy in accordance with objectives and targets

Understand key structural and operational challenges on account

Serve as a single point of contact for operational excellence PMO and related governance

Identify opportunities to cross-sell JLL technology, products and services to resolve operational and structural challenges

Ensure full adherence to the account services agreement and achievement of KPI/SLA’s

Manage the account plan governance process including establishment of PMO progress assessment and reporting

Operationalise account plan deliverables
