**About the Opportunity**
As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for managing accommodation revenue, driving sales and profitability through effective revenue management initiatives. Through analysis of market and local intelligence you will effectively manage rates and distribution nationally through the PACE platform. This role represents a truly exciting opportunity like no other in the industry, not to mention the extraordinary opportunity to grow your own career as we expand beyond our existing 116 accommodation hotels across all states
**A day in the life of a Revenue and Distribution Manager at ALH Hotels**
- Effectively managing pricing strategy and distribution mix nationally for over 100 hotels utilising the PACE revenue management system
- The ongoing management of PACE, Tableau reporting and STR market data to facilitate appropriate data and RM recommendations
- Managing calendar of events and seasonality to drive revenue and profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners such as - OTAs, PACE, STR
- Support and educate hotel team members as required
- Works closely with Head of Accommodation, Sales and Support teams
- Predicts future demand across key destinations to drive yield
- Assists with Nightcap Hotels brand expansion through new openings and developments from planning stage
- Travels to key hotels building relationships and growing your market knowledge
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Experience in managing hotel revenue and pricing strategies
- Experience with hotel forecasting
- Ongoing management of events and other demand drivers
- Experience in multi-property revenue management preferred
- Have a strategic mind when it comes to revenue management
- Effective review and management of business, marketing promotions and distribution mix to drive profitability
