**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will support all customer segments across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met for complex billing, cylinder and pricing related invoice and account disputes by uncovering and resolving the issue’s root cause. You understand that great customer service supports the business in customer retention and customer loyalty.
- You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional customer service and being passionate about fixing the issue that has driven the customer dispute. You always offer a solution that meets their needs and that also aligns to BOC policies and processes.
- You’ll identify at-risk customers or opportunities and involve or escalate to the appropriate person from the regional Sales teams to drive customer retention and wins.
- In this role you are also responsible for the digitalisation of customers through raising awareness of BOC’s self-serve and digitals channels at every possible opportunity.

**What makes you great**
- Previous customer service experience, especially with complex customer dispute resolution and case management handling preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround times to customers as well as deliver on set timeframes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, critical thinker.
- Strong attention to detail, high-level accuracy for data entry/capture.
- Advanced knowledge of SalesForce Case Management beneficial.
- Knowledge of BOC business, including Order to Cash policies, procedures and product service offers beneficial.
