We're seeking a skilled professional to fill our External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Case Manager role. In this position, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage disputes lodged with External Dispute Resolution Schemes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently review responses from EDR Schemes such as AFCA, IFSO, and OAIC.
  • Prepare well-crafted written submissions to support fair outcomes.
  • Participate in conciliations and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for overseeing EDR cases across Australia and New Zealand by independently reviewing responses, preparing written submissions, and actively participating in conciliations.

">Requirements:
  • Solid experience in General Insurance - ideally in travel, motor, or marine.
  • Advanced understanding of the Insurance Contracts Act (ICA), relevant regulations, and legislation.
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities.
  • Skilled in conciliation and mediation.
  • Experience preparing clear and effective written submissions.
