But let’s be real - working at a startup is challenging. There’s no playbook, and you’ll be building from scratch most of the time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only help scale our finance operations but also play a key role in our growth strategy.

**Your Story with Us**

As our **Growth Marketer**, you’ll be instrumental in driving Safewill’s mission to redefine how Australians navigate estate planning and end-of-life services. This is your chance to join a rapidly growing tech startup and shape the strategies, tools, and experiments that propel our business forward.

Collaborating closely with our growth, product, and executive teams, you’ll design and execute bold marketing and product-led growth initiatives, ensuring that every effort delivers measurable value to the business. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, analytical skills, and entrepreneurial mindset will shine.

Over the first 6-12 months, you will:
**Strategise and Execute Growth Initiatives**
- Develop and implement growth strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on the most impactful product-led growth opportunities.
- Consistently innovate, challenge the status quo, and position Safewill as a leader in the space.

**Dive Deep into the Data**
- Analyse user behaviour, marketing performance, and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as acquisition, conversion rates (CVR), and ROI, using insights to guide decision-making.

**Experiment Relentlessly**
- Build, measure, learn: test bold ideas, break things, and move fast.
- Experiment with new channels, campaigns, and product features to uncover untapped growth opportunities.
- Share learnings and successes to inform company-wide strategies.

**Be the Toolbelt Hero**
- Get hands-on with modern growth and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Analytics, FullStory, and Apollo.
- Automate processes and optimise the marketing stack for efficiency and scalability.

**Convert Insight into Scalable Action**
- Use insights to refine processes, scale operations, and evolve our approach as the business grows.
- Partner with the core growth team to implement strategies that drive lasting impact.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, mar-tech innovations, and competitive activity.
- Be a growth thought leader in the business, sharing best practices and insights with the team.
- Cultivate a collaborative, fast-paced culture that celebrates creativity, learning, and impact.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Experience**: 1-2+ years in growth, marketing, digital consulting, or a related role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Hands-on expertise with tools like customer.io, Intercom/Braze, ad platforms, Amplitude, Hubspot, and more.
- **Analytical Prowess**: Strong quantitative skills paired with creative problem-solving abilities.
- **Mindset**: A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and growth-oriented mindset.
- **Track Record**: Proven success in owning and optimising growth levers, channels, or experiments.
- **Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to rally teams and stakeholders.
- **Location**: Ideally Sydney-based, allowing for in-person collaboration and coaching with the core growth team. Hybrid Role.
