Swimply experienced incredibly rapid growth, largely driven by word-of-mouth. Almost a million Swimply guests have enjoyed a neighbour’s pool. We completed a $40m-round raise, just seven months after announcing our $10m financing.

We currently have operations in the US, Canada and now Australia. Pool sharing in these markets is a $52Bn industry - so at just 2% penetration we will reach $1Bn just in these three markets.

**About the role**

Swimply is an online marketplace that allows homeowners to share their passion spaces with their local communities. We started with swimming pools which took us to $20M+ in 2 years, but pools are just the beginning. We’re creating a new category within local experiences.

Think Airbnb for swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, music studios, art studios, kitchens and more.

This is an opportunity to be one of the founding members of the Swimply Australia team and come in at the ground level on taking one of the hottest US start ups to Australia.

Your role will be to growth and optimise the Swimply host base through sales and community outreach. You will educate hosts on Swimply as to best practices and ensure both guests and hosts get the most out of the Swimply experience.

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Adoption and Success Management
- Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Pipeline Management
- Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals

This team is extremely close to the Swimply community and is therefore responsible for feedback on all the ways the product and experience can be optimised for hosts and guests in Australia. Ulitmately, it's this team that designs the growth pathway and playbook for success, for both the company and the community.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
