**Customer Service & Sales Support Officer**
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Inner City location - close to public transport
- Monday to Friday only, no weekends
This position is based in the head office of a leading Agricultural Chemical manufacturer who manages the marketing and wholesaling of AgChem products in Australia and also provides administrative support to the NZ business.
In this role you will take part in a busy and stimulating working environment within a friendly and inclusive team. You will gain exposure to the Australian agrochemical industry on a national level and will be provided with a solid grounding in most aspects of the business. This will provide you with the unique opportunity to develop the skills and experience required for a successful career within this industry.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, a key objective of the position is to liaise between customers and our territory management staff, providing support to each. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who has a desire to grow and succeed in a dynamic customer service environment, with drive and enthusiasm for long term career success. This includes a commitment to learning the idiosyncrasies of this niche industry, from the basics and upwards.
**Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales order entry & back/forward order management
- Answering phones and assisting with inquiries
- Liaising with customers, regional managers, transport operators, our warehouses and other office staff members
- Inventory monitoring
- Weekly reports / daily invoicing

- Has relevant Customer Service / Administration experience (Outlook, Excel + various other programs)

This position is only available to those with Full Time Availability
**Salary dependent upon experience**
**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Phone manner: 2 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
