An exciting Full-Time opportunity exists for a passionate and highly motivated Bottleshop Manager to join the TB Hotels Wine + Beer team at a trendy inner city location

Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include:
Running of the retail space, ensuring quality and service standards are maintained
- Keeping and increasing a large regular customer base
- Managing all liquor stock
- Orders of all liquor from suppliers
- Staff rosters
- Control stock holdings and gross profit margins
- Maintaining a stock-take system and procedures
- Merchandising of displays

You will possess:

- A great attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
- attention to detail

Experience of the above is recommended, however a great attitude is what we are looking for

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teneriffe, QLD 4005: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
