Our Client is seeking an experienced AR Officer to join their dynamic and collaborative team at their Funky Teneriffe Warehouse Offices This business offers a range of employee benefits, including free onsite parking, flexible working hours, and a positive and supportive working environment. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to work effectively as part of a team.

**About the ROLE**

A day in the life of this role, will include the following responsibilities:

- Management of accounts (receivable, ledgers, and invoices).
- Providing customer service to clients / suppliers.
- Supporting Accounts Payable on an ad hoc basis.
- Process and allocate payments.
- Provide administrative/clerical support for the Senior Financial Accountant.

**About YOU**

You will bring these attributes to the role:

- 2+ years prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience in XERO or MYOB.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships
