Junior Receptionist
**What will you be doing?**
As our front of house you will assist customers with any enquiry while remaining empathetic and sensitive to customers who might be having a bad day.

Your primary focus is customer and team support; in a timely and effective manner. You will work closely with all team members and have the ability to make a genuine impact on the direction of the organisation.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicate with potential, current, future and past customers
- Provide customer service
- Provide team support
- Work to deadlines
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Support the sales team with listings on advertising platforms as directed
- Data entry
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and huddles

**YOU MUST ALSO HAVE**:

- Be a natural communicator
- Be focussed on delivering creative solutions
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- Have a customer centric, proactive attitude
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have a valid driver's licence
