Blossom Supports are a small team providing holistic and caring NDIS services across north Brisbane. We provide community access, in home support, group outings, personal training, support coordination and more. We are ever evolving with our staff and clients. Qualifications & experience
- Preferably a Certificate III Individual Support or Experience in support work, aged care, childcare, studying some allied health certificate
- Current Drivers License & comprehensive insurance
- First aid & CPR
- Must hold or willing to attain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue card

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting clients in daily activities, getting ready, helping clean, assisting in meal prep
- Providing mental health support, companionship and social support.
- De-escalate situations.
- Provide good communication in your shift notes.
- If you are a kind, passionate person with patience and empathetic nature with a can-do attitude; this is the role for you.

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Practice safe hand hygiene & not attending work if ill.

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
