**Full Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our Southern Region Sales team. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative duties to help ensure our day-to-day operational tasks run smoothly as we manage incredible growth and expansion.

The tasks this individual is responsible for are duties which allow the sales director and sales team to focus on customer management and sales activities, in order to ensure the customer experience is at the highest level.

**PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting from Zoho and other internal systems
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to assist sales director
- Quoting and processing of orders to assist sales director in managing some key clients
- Managing the outbound/inbound schedule with client executives
- Assisting with ad-hoc admin and operational needs
- Working with sales and marketing to track event uptake and track the follow up of leads
- Working with the sales team to ensure CRM (Zoho) data is updated and accurate
- Additional support for sales team during leave or extremely busy periods
- The role has the potential to lead to an SDR role within Sekuro

**Requirements**:

- Proven high-level verbal and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail, independent, resourceful, reliable, adaptable, firm, and professional
- A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Ability to manage basic admin functions including Data entry, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks
- Working most days in the Melbourne office

2+ year work experience in an administrative role.
