Join an industry leader in commercial cleaning as a Sales and Customer Experience Rep and help us drive our local and international expansion At Urban Clean, you'll have access to proven sales processes, proprietary systems, and a supportive team to help you hit your targets. We're looking for outgoing individuals who love people, to visit commercial businesses, create and send proposals, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. With a base salary and commissions for contracts won, plus bonuses and room for promotion, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career.

If you consider yourself a people person and have a friendly personality while preferring to follow a proven process that works rather than having to make stuff up by trial and error then this role may be for you.

Ideally you have come from a retail role where you currently interact with customers on a daily basis and you enjoy providing great customer service and meeting new people. You have a desire to be the best and are a passionate person that really wants to work with a winning team that considers themselves the best in the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
