**Role Responsibilities**:

- Our racing newsroom has employees in four states - New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.
- The national racing newsroom reaches millions of Australians through our array of brands including all of News Corp Australia’s metropolitan and regional newspapers and their affiliated websites, as well as Racenet, Punters, Greyhound Recorder and Sportsman.
- Working with the Punters brand, however, your content will be shared across our vast network.

***Skills and Experience**:

- You will be someone who is self-motivated to find your own stories but take direction when required.
- You must be understanding and have knowledge of the digital world.
- Understand the importance of filing stories quickly
- Must have the ability to work to rolling deadlines
- Experience with social media and video would also be welcomed.
