THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role and as the Gaming Supervisor you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of Gaming Room activities whilst complying with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. Reporting to the Gaming Room Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring that Tabcorp Park delivers exceptional customer service experience for all our guests.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead by example and support all staff to conduct their day to day duties in a competent, friendly and efficient manner
- Supervise and direct staff as required
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Understand and communicate promotions and product knowledge to customers as required

ABOUT YOU

**To be considered for this role you will need to have**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Gaming
- Previous strong hospitality experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent presentation and a vibrant personality
- A genuine desire to provide great customer service
- Valid accreditations
- RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid & CPR (desirable)
- TAB & Keno experience (desirable)
- Ability to adhere to Covidsafe working practises
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to cope with the rigours of shift work including weekends, New Year's Eve and all Major Race Events.
