Our services help businesses manage hygiene risk, making working environments healthier and more pleasant for staff, customers, and visitors.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and energetic staff to join us on a full-time basis and build a career in the Hygiene and Commercial Scenting industry.

Previous experience in this field is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
- **Please note that the main function of this role is servicing hygiene and washroom products in mens’ and womens’ toilets. You need to be comfortable with entering and servicing hygiene products in both male and female toilets and change rooms. You will not be required to clean toilets.**_

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a representative of our Service Team, you **will be the face of IHS who as **a company prides itself in looking after their employees and customers. Therefore, to be considered for this role you will need to:

- Have a full and clean Australian driving licence
- Be well presented
- Have an excellent knowledge of the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Be a quick learner

- Undergo a Police Record & Working with Children check
- Pre employment medical examination

- Have experience in using cordless power tools & ladders, good problem-solving abilities, and pride in the job you do

**A typical day for our Hygiene Service Drivers looks like this**:
You will work Monday - Friday.

**Morning**:
You will begin your day at the Brookvale Branch Depot to get set up for that day’s work which starts the minute you leave the depot.

**On the Road**:
Your day will be spent visiting several unique customers which are made up of but not limited to offices, hospitality venues, schools, fitness centres, car dealerships etc. The good news is no two days will be the same due to the variety of our customers you will meet.

You will service your customers' washroom products which involves the following;
- Refilling Soap, Air Fresheners and Sanitiser Dispensers
- Servicing Feminine Hygiene / Sanitary Units
- Refilling Scenting Units
- Installing this equipment when new sales are made.
- Completing all associated paperwork which is mínimal.
- You should be a customer champion as we expect you to provide courteous customer service.
- You will be responsible for your own health and safety - this means it's your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is always safe and that you take care on the road and in customers' premises

**Service Route Finished?**
Once your service route is finished you head back to the BROOKVALE Depot to unload your van.

Position available for immediate start.
- **Starter Bonus of $5000 will be paid in full upon completion of 6 months service with IHS.**_

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
