**Title**:Service Technician: Filter Installer/Test Technician for Air Filtration Company

**Employment Status: 1 x **Casual with the aim of leading to permanent in 6 months.

We are a market leader in our field and have been established since 1991. We have a vacancy for a mechanically mined individual to train as a service technician.

We are seeking a hands-on, conscientious person with a customer focus. As this position is semi-autonomous you will need to be self-driven.

Knowledge of the air filtration industry would be an advantage

Some weekend and after-hours work will be required, as well as occasional travel throughout Victoria and interstate.

Open driver’s license is essential.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include:

- Installation and certification of HEPA filters, certification of Cleanrooms, certification of Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Cabinets.
- Particle Counting
- Moving a small aerosol generator into appropriate duct points.
- Other duties include data entry and report generation.

Training to become a NATA accredited technician is provided

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Melbourne North VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
